It seems as though everyone feels compelled to speak out (blogging of course) about what ails them in this world. Whether it be the corruption of the US government, the Iraq war, banking system, 911, JFK the list goes on and on. Could this be the emergence of a movement or just an easy way to remain complacent and let off some steam. I for one am sick and tired of being spoon fed propaganda by our own government. Some of us realize what is going on, while others choose not to care or are simply naive.

For example: Do we really believe only 1700+ service men and women have perished in Iraq? I am sure its more in the thousands. Do we really except the lies of what really happened on 911? Are we really going to swallow the Bull from Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Rice, Cheney, Bush, and the rest of the Neocon army intent on sending us to the depths of hell for there own profit?

The real question, however, is not what are we going to do about it, but what can we do? There are several mild solutions, that with a critical mass might just work. Like boycott News outlets, and Newspapers. Or close your bank account to send a message that we will not be had. Without this critical mass, I just can not see it doing us any good. Maybe I'm a pessimist, maybe I have given up on the people that we need so much. Regardless one things for sure, WE MUST BE LEMMINGS NO MORE. How can we get on track?

Unfortunetly the media only reports Hollywood news, because we all care about Tom Cruise's off the wall religious belief right, or events such as the Hollaway disappearance. Although tragic, I think 100,000 Iraqis dead somehow out weighs it. Who knows maybe if someone was kidnapped and held for ransom until Bush told the truth it might, just might get the medias attention. Even then I remain skeptical.

Sooner or later our "President" will have to answer for his crimes. Whether or not it's in his own life time, is up to the American people. Will we all stand and be recognized or will we submit to the complacency that we are all to familiar with?
